Rental Fees

Best House and Gardens:
Weekends - $2,500/8 hours
Weekday evenings - $1,600/8 hours
Friday evenings - $2,000/8 hours

*April - October Saturdays have two shifts:
9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
(11:00 a.m. Ceremony by gazebo)

and
3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
(5:30 p.m. Ceremony in Pine Grove
or Sunken Garden
 

June - September Saturday evenings are premium shifts and are
charged at the rate of $3,500 for 8 hours.
Holidays that fall on Monday-Thursday are
charged at a rate of $250 per hour.  (8 hour minimum)
New Year's Eve is charged at a rate of $250.00 per hour.
(8 hour minimum)

*Please inquire about low season rates between November and March.
 

Starr Gardens:
Weekends - $1,000/4 hours - Ceremony only

Starr Gardens is rented only between the hours of
10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Sunken Gardens
Weekends $1,500 / 4 hours - Ceremony Only

The rental fee includes the following items only:
5 Rectangular tables 8' x 2½'
20 Round Tables 60"
1 Round Table 48"
8 Round Tables 36"
6 Serpentine tables 4' x 2½'
200 White Folding Chairs (used outdoors only)
200 Natural Wooden Chairs (used indoors only)

The rental fee includes the following services only:
Set-up and break-down of tables and chairs and
janitorial clean-up for 200 people.

$1.00 extra per person above 200 people will be
charged for additional table and chair set-up.

300 people - indoors and outdoors

250 people - indoors cocktail reception

200 people - indoors sit down dinner

175 people - indoors sit down w/ buffet

Sunken & Starr Gardens:
200 people - outdoors sit down
